01 / THE CHALLENGE

The owners had land in the Gallatin Valley but watched local site-built quotes keep climbing, with no certainty about the final number — and Montana's short season risked a build stretching across winter.

02 / THE APPROACH

We built The Meridian in the factory while site work ran in parallel, with a fixed-price scope set before the build began and a schedule independent of the weather.

03 / THE RESULT

Move-in ready in 16 weeks, set on its meadow before the season turned. The price they signed was the price they paid — no climbing quotes, no surprise change orders.
