MARKETPLACE LICENSE

This page summarizes how the Modulo template may be used. The license you agree to at purchase on the Framer Marketplace is the governing agreement.

What you’re buying

When you purchase the Modulo template, you receive a license to use it. You do not own the template itself; you own the right to use it under these terms.

What you can do

  • Use the template to build and publish one website per license purchased.

  • Use it for personal, business, or client projects.

  • Customize, modify, and adapt the design, content, and code to fit your project.

  • Charge your clients for the design and build work you do using the template.

What you can’t do

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template itself, modified or not.

  • Offer the template (or a lightly modified version) as your own template for sale or download.

  • Include the template in a product where the template is the primary value being sold.

  • Claim authorship of the original template design.

Per-project licensing

Each license covers one end website. If you’re building multiple separate websites, you need a license for each. (Adjust to match the exact terms you set on the marketplace.)

Assets and imagery

Placeholder images, icons, and demo content are provided for demonstration only and may be subject to their own licenses. Replace demo photography and content with assets you have the rights to before publishing.

Updates and support

[Placeholder: describe whether the license includes future updates and any support you offer.]

Refunds

Refunds are handled per the Framer Marketplace refund policy.
