OUR STORY

Built out of frustration with the way things were.

Modulo was founded in 2019 by a structural engineer and construction PM who got tired of watching projects fail — not from bad design, but from a broken process. We spent two years studying factory-built construction in Scandinavia and Japan, then came home and built a better way: parallel workflows, fixed pricing, and single-point accountability.
