01 / THE CHALLENGE
The owners wanted to add a rental-ready studio to an unused corner of their backyard — without a months-long build disrupting their summer or leaving income on an open-ended timeline.
02 / THE APPROACH
We built The Atelier in our factory while the foundation and utilities were prepped on site. The finished studio arrived nearly complete and was set in a single crane day, with only final connections left to do.
03 / THE RESULT
Move-in ready in 12 weeks, with disruption measured in days, not months. It went straight onto the rental market and started earning sooner than the owners had budgeted for.
