The Meridian

01 / THE CHALLENGE

The owners had a coastal California lot with demanding energy code, seismic requirements, and a short window between permit approval and their move date. Local builders quoted long, uncertain timelines.

02 / THE APPROACH

We built The Meridian in the factory to California's energy and seismic standards while site work and foundation ran in parallel. The controlled build meant a tighter envelope suited to coastal weather and no drift from the permitted plans.

03 / THE RESULT

Move-in ready in 16 weeks, fully code-compliant, and set to frame ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass. The fixed-price scope held from contract to keys.
